An English graduate from McMaster University, Elizabeth went on to study photojournalism at Western Academy of Photography in Victoria, BC.
Elizabeth has worked as a staff reporter and photographer at daily and weekly community newspapers in southwestern Ontario. She has also done freelance writing and photography for a variety of magazines and newspapers.
Currently, Elizabeth lives in Kincardine, Ontario, where she writes primarily children’s fiction, while raising her family.
